well i did it!

    Well I decided today was the day to skin my first duck all by myself and except for cuttin a couple holes I did a pretty good I'm soo proud of myself well just thought I'd share with u guys

    They will get easier the more you do, well, it's supposed to be that way!(LOL)

    Good for you...as Matt said they will get easier as you do more. Did you invert the head skin or use a head incision to clean out the head? Don't forget to clean all that fat off the skin then degrease. Those ducks are oily.

    Yeah I did the head but what how I learned was to put a paper towel in the on top of the body to absorb all of that stuff
     
  7. Good job Josh, keep at it, does get easier. Make you get all the fat off thet thing, and degrease it very well with dawn dish soap. Send me a pic when ya get it done, Id like to see it.
