check out my home made tumbler

  1. the "Weider 565". I made it out of an unused workout rack given to me. Free blower motor is geared down to 30rpm with large and small pulleys. Large white pulley on the drum is made from 3 pieces of plywood screwed and glued together. I built it higher off the floor so I wouldn't have to bend over, bad back. Finally tried it out yesterday, works great........John

  9. I built it for wet shoulder capes. "Drop" isn't an issue as I don't do any soft capes. I don't do many waterfowl so I blow dry them with a Coleman air mattress blower, but it might work well on a turkey. I've tumbled two hides so far with satisfactory results. Thanks for all the positive comments.......Regards, John
