    Just finished 87 cm long and would like to know what you guys think of it.Mold and cast myself.

  6. I'm well aware of what the fish is and what family its from, thats why I said I wish we had them here. I love catching walleyes, eating walleyes and looking at them. They are one of my favorite fish. The Zanders have the cool zebra-like dorsal marking and the silver under tones, plus the sizes of these things can be unreal.

    Guys,


    Small zander are available here at some restaurants listed as "Lake Perch." They are imported from the eastern Europe into Canada and then across the border to us and passed off as yellow perch. It's illegal but a lot of crap goes on due to poor enforcement.
