Yox and I were able to get out for a little bit to do some shed hunting for a couple of hours the other day. It was a blast except Bill found the match set  in the middle. But I did find the biggest shed though ;D the 5 point one on the left.

Since when did PA allow Bill back in? Did the Governor pardon him?

Even more important, since when can you go out shed hunting in PA and actually find any?

    buckmaster14 Sometimes you get lucky...

Nice finds! Do you have any closer pics of the matched set... for some reason they look like they came off 2 different deer to me. based on g3, brow location, and shape of pedicle...

In my pen??? Ha! I never had dinks in my pen, lol. Bob had me going for awhile there, he found that decent antler right away on the edge of a cemetary, and then found the skull a stones throw from a Walmart. It was a fun couple of hours away from the studio, something I dont get to enjoy too much lately!

    NICE!

You guys think the 5 point shed on the far right could be last years shed from the buck that cast the 5 point antler all the way to the left?

(did I explain that in a way that people can understand? ) lol

I was flintlock hunting once and sat down behind a blowdown and found a shed from an 8 point. Well, it actually found me. It jabbed me right up the bunghole. The leaves compressed...the antler didn't. My momentum kept me from aborting the maneuver. Yea..it hurt.
