Cracked ear on old bear mount

I am hoping someone can give me a few ideas for a repair I have to do. The back part of the ear on an old bear mount (50+ years) has been cracked into a few pieces that are falling off. It's pretty dry and crumbly inside, but it looks like I can piece the 5 pieces back together using some type of moldable filler and epoxy to bond them back to the rest of the ear? Any suggestions on good materials to use? I am thinking that if I use something like magi-sculpt, it might do the trick, as it's a strong, putty-like epoxy I could mold into the shape of the internal ear. I also want to remove a bunch of glue that was used in a failed attempt at repair that is now stuck all over the hair, if you have any suggestions on a solvent that could remove the glue and possibly not the hair, or cause minimal damage to the hair, I would love to hear it.
Thanks for all of your help!
