    you need to recreate the eyelids and the deer will have more of a relaxed look, unless you are going for the startled look..Get some good reference. The mouth seems to be over tucked all the way around and the ear bases could have maybe been pushed into the skull a little more. Not bad though............Keep at it,you're doing good. NICE DEER!!!

    Not bashing your deer at all, looks good although X2 on the eyes. He looks startled but if that is the look you want.
