Very nice Travis!! Ollie
Thanks much for the kind words on the largemouth. Had internet access issues last couple of days and couldn't
check the site. The eyes were acrylic Still Life lenses.
So much great work on here it really is encouraging to see the interest in fish work.
Appreciate the sharing a great deal.
Awesome work as usual. I have a couple to post this month. I usually forget to get pictures of my work before it goes out. Here is some blue gills.
My first attempt at a Tarpon, a big thanks to all that gave advice

Hi - not a tarpon expert but that looks nice !! Ollie

Red Stag I don't know if you realize it or not but you do a pretty good salmon.
Beautiful mounts everyone - I like checking out all the fish mounts!!
On Memorial Weekend I worked on a little project I have been meaning to do with a 30" Walleye of mine that was mounted by Bio Taxidermy out of Madison WI. I caught this EYE on Lake Erie pulling planer boards out by "A Can" West of Port Clinton. I wanted to incorporate the REEF RUNNER (Pink Lemonade) lure I caught it on.
Here is a pic before my project:
Next, I took some artificial rocks Lake Country had sent us and began with a base coat of spray paint and then layered in colors using some Mist Paints I had lying around.
Added our New Scenic Wall Plaque - Submerged Rocks 1 and the lure with monofilament ---- I was going to do the project without the big oval panel but screws in my wall made me keep it.
Here is the pic we took for our website and back on my wall it goes this weekend!
