lifesize deer fawn price

    what would guys charge for a lifesize wt fawn 2 weeks old with a nice habitat , i am thinking $1,500 to $1,800 does that sound about right ?
     
  2. I knew an old taxidermist who was a very good business man. He would say to check on what the client was driving before you made the price...lol

    Sorry, it's been a few years since I've done one. Used to do a lot of them, 10-20 years ago, but the demand isn't there like it used to be. Based on the pose I'd start at $1000. That would be for laying down, if it's standing up there are a lot more stitches to hide on the legs.

    LOL,,, I wish this would work.
    The better vehicles have bigger chisel in their trunk sometimes.,, actually most of the times..
    My cheapest clients are all Doctors .
     
  7. Wow, I guess I'm too cheap. I got one I will be mounting next week, $850. Laying down. Yes, standing up would be more.
