Deer season has been open for a week now and this morning was the first time i have been able to get out.

I had 3 or 4 deer in the field at all times from 645 til about 8.

One fawn got 3 steps from the blind window... very cool.

I'll start hunting that later in the year when the deer move to eating field corn... the blind is watching a standing corn field.

I tried that blind hunting in Texas and it sucks. Don't know how you all can sit in that thing all day long. Anyhow good luck on you hunt.

I hunted blinds in texas too, and it wasnt bad. We got in a few minutes after daylight and were out by 10 to go eat breakfast....

Bryan... This blind is not over the corn field... lol

But i hunted the blind again this morning and had 2 fawns 2 does and a 3 point at 20 yards for about 15 minutes. Didnt even think to take pics.. they were skittish all morning... the wind wasnt exactly right.. but i was soaked in scent killer, so it all worked out.
