First attempt at a mule deer. Cape had some slip near the brisket so i tried out Micheal P's rock solution. Worked like a charm.

Great looking mounts everyone. It's been a while since I have posted a picture on here. Here is a Canada mule deer on a Coombs form.

Nice work guys, I really like that doe.

Here is another deer from a fish head. This is my fathers best deer, I sent the teeth in to get them cut and aged properly when I saw how worn they were and this trophy was 7.5 years old. He has a 22.5" inside spread and scored in the low 140's. Mounted this one on a Rev sneak sweep, one of my favorite forms. I really want to try an OTS when I have a size and pose that matches one of there forms. The mounts I have seen on their forms are gorgeous.

Thanks Brian and taxidermistIN for the good words! I really enjoyed doing that doe as it was my first short hair piece.
Brian, I really like the sneak pose you chose for the buck, it looks very nice. I'm doing my personal best on a Thompson sweep sneak! Can't wait to work on it.

Keep posting all the great pieces! love checking them out!
