Cake Frosting

    I know this is very "off the wall", but a friend of mine is trying to come up with a way to color cake frosting to make it look like gold! She is on a very limited budget and I have no clues as to what might work and still be edible. I also know that the world of taxidermy is chocked full of very creative and resourceful folks. Any ideas? All thoughts appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Not real sure on that one. I told her to go to the Publix Bakery Dept. and see if they would sell her some gold icing. Thanks for the help. I guess not many of the 'girls' on here are into cake decorating!!!
