Fresh out of the oven

  1. Lac De Flambeau Dental Campus, WI.
    All of the large I-beams had to be made to match the stained shaved logs. Here is a natural unstained log.

    Heres a shot of the Duct pipe used over the I-beams and a couple of epoxied logs.

    Dalles lathing the center pine tree armature.

    Finished overhead logs.

    With the upper logs finished the base of the tree is hardcoated.

    This is the Polygem epoxy for anyone who hasnt seen it before.

    Here are some shots of the outdoor logs before and after paint. The first shot has the yellow basecoat going on.

  8. Thank you. All of this had to be done very quickly with myself and 2other guys. Even though I felt like I was rushing stuff way too much, I was realy happy with it in the end. Sometimes I gotta remind myself to keep moving lol.

  11. Wow, that is truly some amazing work. SOOOO Beautiful!!! That is only 45 minutes from my home. Curious as to where is the funding coming for such an elaborate structure. Seems way over the top. Your work is outstanding, Congrats.

    Polygem Epoxy is some great stuff, they use it at zoo's to create limbs, tree's, water ways, rocks! Love the tree you created out of it! Awesome Work!
