Does anyone know of a person who makes life-like bald eagle reproductions? Not the novelty but the real life models that can easily be misinterpreted as real> BHH [email protected]

Mostly goose and chicken feathers. Goose feathers are scissored in shape and airbrushed in rright colour. Head contains mostly chicken feathers.

Some turkey feathers too from one of Jim's articles. He uses them for the tail.

You should talk to Patrick Rummins in Oregon. Google thebirdspecialist.com. Great guy and does incredible re-productions using goose feathers, et al.
His website is listed on Taxidermy.net/Oregon.

Goose wings don't really look like eagle wings at all but they are readily available and I think that's a deciding factor.
