    If you cant find solid square stock that fits your tubing tight, get a piece that is slightly undersized and weld a bead on 2 adjoining sides of the square stock, parallel to the length, that is as long as your connection. Then carefully grind or file off the excess on the beads so that the square stock fits perfectly. You will have to check it numerous times as you go and if you take off too much, weld a little more on.

    Lone wolf AK`s way is the best way and the fastest way with perfect alignment guaranteed. Gary Bowen wrote a article on this many years ago on this subject & later a person showed this way to do it. EASY!!!!
