yep. the third tooth back is called a milk tooth. It's a two cusped tooth that gets replaced at 1 1/2 by a 3 cusped tooth.
I have 4 teeth with teeth behind it (sorry didn't post that earlier).
Yep I get that alot here in PA. Its usually the first top 3 teeth on each side. Always from young deer.
Of course, depending on the age stage, you will have deciduous teeth at all regions of the tooth row.
