X 2 I really like both of those cats! Very nice.
This is from last week, my busiest week so far...
Amazing! I'm a cat lover when it come to this and you all are amazing!!
Some wonderful cat work on the last two pages! Here is a small female coyote. I tried to talk them out of the growling pose but the client is the boss.
That coyote is pretty darn cool looking, for being so pi$$ed
Hey James, NICE Elk! Well done!
Amazing work everyone,, very inspiring.
Here is a Swift fox went out a short while ago:
Falco, nice fox. And your photos are always excellent. The black background works very well for most taxidermy and I wish more people would shoot their work with that, instead of the poorly painted muslin backdrops or bedsheets or tarps that most taxidermists seem to prefer.
If anyone is interested, black velvet works the best, but it's expensive. You can buy duvatene or commando (same thing) from theater supply places like Rosebrand, by the yard.
I'm always amazed at the artistry on this site. Here's a couple of mine.
Here's one that I'm posting for MuseumMan
Nice mount, Randy! Love the pose, the expression, and how it all comes together on the base! Well done!
