    Some wonderful cat work on the last two pages! Here is a small female coyote. I tried to talk them out of the growling pose but the client is the boss.

    Falco, nice fox. And your photos are always excellent. The black background works very well for most taxidermy and I wish more people would shoot their work with that, instead of the poorly painted muslin backdrops or bedsheets or tarps that most taxidermists seem to prefer.

    If anyone is interested, black velvet works the best, but it's expensive. You can buy duvatene or commando (same thing) from theater supply places like Rosebrand, by the yard.
