The Oklahoma Taxidermists Association presents An All-Day African Safari Workshop January 12, 2013 to honor 3-Time Purple Heart Recipient Mr. Jack Toney of Hennessy. Mr. Toney shot a Kudu, Springbok, Blesbok, and Impala on his Safari to Africa. Our end of the deal is to mount Mr. Toney's trophies. We decided to do these in an all day workshop. Please come prepared to help the group leaders accomplish this task. Blue ribbon taxidermists; Tra Dunham, Andy Steffes, Larry Ellis, and Keith Compton will be the group leaders in charge of mounting Mr. Toney's Kudu, Blesbok, Springbok, and Impala. Each leader will need help from the general membership with everythin from form preparation to grooming. Members are encouraged to join a group or help out in more than one group. Our goal is to have all of Mr. Toneys mounts, mounted and ready to dry before the end of the day.
