I've seen eagles power drive ducks in my hunting area many times and wish I had the footage to share. Eagles don't have the precision of this wicked little thing but they go from barrel roll playing to super fast dives knocking the ducks out of mid air from above and often times hitting the water themselves. Common mergansers are of choice here. I have a hooded merganser drake and a common merganser drake that was hit by eagles in front of my blind and not recovered. I wanted to mount them simply because of the story behind them. I have also had a few of my own ducks stolen by eagles before I could get the boat to recover. How do you figure that in your bag limits?

Well, if an eagle stole your bird, it's not in your bag isn't it? ;D
