   When I access my profile and click "modify profile", the page acts like it's opening a link, then when the page comes back up, it's like I hit the "refresh" button. I can't change my profile info.

   Open the browser using Firefox rather than Internet Explorer. I had the same issues when using Internet Explorer.

   I'm an expert...went to computer school in 1987, and have a certificate to prove it, LOL! Surely nothing has changed since 1987...now where do I type CD\, LOL
