Nebraska merriam hunt

    Anybody know any good places in nebraska to hunt for merriams. Id like to go and try to kill a merriams this spring and wondered if anybody had any places in mind or good outfitters. thanks

    P.S. I went last year to black hills and had really hard time finding birds and came home empty.

    Cross Country Outfitters has a pile of marriams in nabraska, Or check out Royal Trophy Outfitters they have them in new mexico

    white oak outfitters 605-999-9208 buffolo butte outfitters 605=830-7000 either one of these do a good job and are easy to work with thanks Dano

    Treestand in Nebraska
    If you can call and have a decoy there is a ton of state walk in ground in all of this state free maps. you will not have any problem killing turkeys. I would contact the state game and parks, they will send you maps. then you can rent a motel or tent and save a bunch of money.Nothing against outfitters but why pay when birds are EVERYWHERE.
