Question about Stop Rot !

    Hey Guys,
    I had a bottle of Stop Rot on my shelf that I kind of forgot was there for probably a year or so. I rediscovered it and thought I should use it up. When I grabbed it, it had a bunch of crap floating around in it. Looked like some kind of black mold or something. So my question is. Do I have to add Stop Rot to my Stop Rot to stop rot? Any idea what it could be?
