Pretty nice for a buck! Have you tried Sculpy? If you can get a clean pull from the mold, heat it up to harden it, then attach your resin or hot glue fins, it might be a bit more durable. Or, some quick set urethane brushed into the interior of the mold until it sets up might be pretty cost effective as well.

 

Such talent and inspiration each and every month!! Here's a father and son team with there trophy!! This is why I enjoy what I do so much.

WOW! So many beautiful fish! The talent here is unbelievable. Thank you for all that post photos their work. I find so much inspiration looking at all the amazing fish.
Here is another customers King Salmon sent out last week. This one is 40" from Envision 3D.

 

Man those are all some tough acts to follow. Here is a 23" Palomino Trout from western Pennsylvania that I just finished up for a friend of mine. BTW, it is a reproduction from Lake Country (TBN23.0-3).
