  1. I see there is a few posts on here about dirt. So i just thought i would share my little recipe. If you have a pet co near by they sell this product called eco earth it's a loose coconut fiber substrate. I take a little bit of eco earth just a pinch of black desert sand which you can get at pet co as well, and a little bit of black tempera paint, mix it all together in a cup, spread a little white glue down sprinkle it on wait for to dry then brush it off. I added a picture with a piece of moss and a stick to show that it will blend with other types of habitat. The shineyness is clear matte finish but it only shows up on the cardboard.     Looks good, looks like I am on my way to petco. I have been having trouble finding a good dirt.
