Hello everyone. I killed my first turkey this past weekend and unfortunately my beard was thrown away by accident. Would anyone know where I can find an artificial one? I have the fan but I would love to have a replica or the beard for the mount. Thanks for your help.

A real one should be easy enough to find , but if you can't find one here is a tip on how to make one , get some bailing twine like farmers use to bail hay the kind I am talking about is made out of black plastic or polythene cut several pieces to the length you want and hot glue it together on one end, then un ravel the twine, you will not be able to tell it from the Real thing

Thanks for the help. It was a 2-3 year old Eastern with a 9 inch beard.

That’s a good idea with the wire. I will see if I can find some. Maybe a feed store here in town will have it.

Thanks again! Yes it is very addicting. I grew up deer hunting but Turkey is just so much more challenging.

    Thanks again!
