Hi everyone, here's what an interesting thing happened with us. Moose stuck between trees and unaided could just die. When we found him, the body had been severely dehydrated and weakened. We had to carefully cut the trees and climb ropes to help elk .

  15. That was a really awesome! I loved the play by play with pics. So many things happen in the wild and we never understand them but its wonderful to lend a helping hand when we can.

  16. Faith in humanity restored. That would have been such a horrible and embarrassing way to die. I'm surprised it didn't break its leg or get found by a predator. This reminds me if a time I found a dead fawn with its leg stuck in a fence :( I can't even imagine how horrible that would be, or how horrible it was for the mom. Animals can sure get themselves into the worst predicaments.
