  1. I tried to take it from him, he wouldn't have no part in that.
    So just filmed it.

Ron B Life Sucks.....Then comes the death roll!!!!

I have seen my deer eat birds also. They are not the innocent creatures they portray themselves to be!! We at one time entertained the thought of raising some free range meat chickens in our deer pastures.......until we saw the bird eating
  4. That's something you don't see everyday! Someone posted a few years back of a deer that chased a young bird and pawed it to death before eating it. Reminds me of a grey squirrel I saw running down a tree with a baby bird, jumped to a log and sit there and ate it.

Damned tree rats are terrible on baby birds.

I was looking up info on meat-eating deer just a few days ago, it's pretty crazy. They were even eating deer meat.

It's a strange behavior for sure, but I think it may be related to either deficiencies in nutrients or an ancient gene clicking on randomly. Keep in mind that most all ungulates used to be carnivores. "Wolves on hooves" or "Mesonychids" as I believe they are known in the paleontology world.
