    The average person wouldn't remotely any wildlife laws.

    you'd be surprised , these are sold all over America every week at garage sales and barn sales...in the 30's one of the staples of the taxidermist income was mounting hundreds and hundreds of birds of prey each year since they were legal to kill...I bet they will sell and no one even pay attention.....the one on the left looks from that era

    I see people selling things like crows, waterfowl, and owls on Etsy too and report them, but they never do anything about it.
