I'm looking around for a new tannery to do my hides. I can't seem to find one that is not too expensive but not too slow. Thanks.

  4. H & H they do a real nice job and are great people to work with.
  5. If your around New York, you should try Buckshot tannery, Its a newer tannery, but it has great stretch and great customer service, most the guys around me are using him now and been super pleased with the product.

I also use Wildlife. Their product is very nice, Both the wet and dry tan. Their only downfall is they have been increasing their turnaround time over the past few years and I am starting to look or do some in house tanning so I don't end up in the boat I am in this year with a lot of work to do and no capes to work on. Ahhhh.

But unfortunately that doesn't help most of us as I'm sure we couldn't become clients, but we still can be jealous of you for it!
  16. Brandon Bowman in Walnut Cove, NC. Beautiful tan with some nice stretch. 20 mins on each hide then ready to mount.

At least he's not contacting his tanning customers clients trying to steal their taxidermy! :)

I am not sure where you are located ZBow, But I use Brent Gorman of dirty creek taxidermy out of muskogee Oklahoma, He does a great job, and is down to earth as they get.

He is the only guy i know of in the whole state of Oklahoma. I am sure there has to be more.
