How do you do this? I recently purchased a mule deer cape and it has about an inch long cut all the way down the nose pad.. Anything helps! Thanks!!

Awesome thank you! Do I just put the cape on and then apply the apoxie sculpt and paint over it?

  4. After the cape dries. try to texture it in to look natural.

  5. mount your deer using a good hide past. Keep the cut pushed together for the first day or two. After that you wont be able to any more anyways, When deer is completely dry there will be some separation in the cut. When you're ready to finish deer take a knife dig just a LITTLE of the exposed form out, to give the apoxie sculpt something get a good hold onto. Fill it till its smooth with the rest of the nose pad. Allow to dry then replace all the nodules with modge poge, applying over the apoxie sculpt as well. After painting it will never be seen.
