Well its the start of my second week and id quickly like to thank everyone that posted last week, as a European Taxidermist I was hoping for a large selection of different species and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The quality of work was amazing on all the mounts and I never stop being amazed at just how clever some people are.
Please join me again by submitting as bigger variety of birds again as possible.

This was presented to one of the guns at the Christmas dinner because everyone else was fed up with him shooting close birds!

Beautifully smooth Bird Taxos, can any of you small bird guys give me an idea where im going wrong, this is a stonechat I did yesterday, and no matter how much I preen it, I cant get them looking like you boys do.

Thanks. Stonechats are difficult buggers to do, they are fluffy and need all skin to be placed correctly. You should try to move up the wings and then fluff out the flanks more. This bird looks not bad at all!

IU Doug you cant mess it up by posting quality mounts like those, beautifully done. Im wanting to see a VARIETY again this week and that includes any thing that anyone has, whether its wildfowl, game, raptor or Lil tweetie.
And thank you Taxos, I need to come and watch how you boys finish your birds off, because they are always spot on.

Ludvik, I knew you wouldn't let me down, that Harrier is by far the best one ive ever seen, and you cant get better than Capercaillie porn? Certainly an unusual mount (literally). Thank you.

Those Woodies look brilliant, its such a good idea and they look so natural. Not a feather out of place on any of them.
