if like me you have had some projects or mounts that you finished and when grooming, you realize that you should have put more clay, or glue or calking in some areas but its too late since the mount is all done up,, so you end up, injecting them under the skin from outside and specially if the area is abit small and you cant use your calking gun, you might have tried different ways of injecting , like using a vet syringe or needle or adding a tube to your calking gun,,etc... and I know as much as you know, that it can be a messy job and specially when it comes to using a syringe, it can take alot of muscle and frustration to squeeze out the thick silicone through that needle.
After alot of google search I found this little machine while ago that seemed to be working sweet, but didnt want to tell anyone before I try it myself,, so I went ahead and ordered it and I gotta tell you,, this thing is a God sent .. it works so slick and clean ,,, actually FUN to work with.

uses your air compressor, and with the pressure adjustment you can dispense anything from a thin crazy glue, to a super thick silicone. it can dispense as fine as a hair line.
the machine has a suck back mechanism so when you pull your needle out and stop dispensing, it wont drip on your work, its a clean job.
The syringes and needles/tips that comes with it are good but you can easily put regular needle (longer ones) on the syringes and use them ,, the syringes have a piston that you can easily wash and re use over and over, unless you are dispensing some material that cant be cleaned.
but over all I thought I should share this little piece of information , hoping it helps out.... but I think it opens up a whole new avenue to get creative and use it in different ways to make our work easier.

I mounted this small kitty the other day and needed abit of more clay on the lower part of the ear but,, I didnt want to make an incision to put some clay and sew it up,, and all I needed was a little ... so I easily inserted my needle into the area and stepped on the foot switch and it filled up the cavity to the best way I could have asked for. and when you pull out your needed, there is nothing to sew ,, its like Botox , quick and easy.

You can google the product as " Adhesive dispenser" or " silicone dispenser". you can purchase it from US or UK from 350 to 500 if I remember right,, or get a chinese one for under 200,, around 180 or something like that, like I did and actually works pretty nice.
Here I put together a small video so you can see how it works, unfortunately I forgot to film when I was doing the cat ear butt, but you get the idea.
    Hope you find it useful.

NOTE: please dont use it on yourself, or anybody else ;D its not meant for Human Augmentation ;D

LordRusty If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.

    Is this your unit?

There is another for more $ ...

And then there are even more ... they all look the same, and have varying prices. These are pretty darn affordable, and MUST be easier on the hands! LOL

Thanks for finding this and for the tip! ;)

I found mine on eBay and I think they had something about 10-12 unit more. They all work the same.
Last year I was injecting some silicone under a small drummed area on an African piece. And all I remember was the cuss and swear and pain in my fingers LOL. I wish I had this little machine back then.
