Acrylics same as Water Based Paints?

    Looking at the Badger Velocity Jet airbrush. Specs say that you can use acrylics, laquers, textile paints, or urethanes.

    Here's the newbie question of the day:

    Can I use my Lifetone Hydro-Mist (water based) paint?

    Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Just don't use laquer thinner

    "Acryilc" refers to the polymer carrier for the pigments, it can be either water or lacquer base.
