    What do you think about the guy's work on this serie of taxidermy "how to"videos on you tube?
    Can beginners relay on these ?? these vids are quite completes..covering most taxidermy aspect from making a rug,mounting a fish,shoulder deer,birds...It helped me alot and I'm wondering why nobody speaks about it or refers them to beginners...

    They are basic, bare bones, old school videos. It works for him. There are better ways, his way is only one way out of many ways to do taxidermy. The more vids you watch on one subject, the more you will learn about it. Jasons vids are basic at best. His turkey vid show him using the raw turkey head, all of it, let it shrink to crap and the rebuild it with apoxy sculpt, when a freeze dried head would be the norm today.
