I did not know Donnie other than reading some of his posts on here, but this brings tears to my eyes. Sending my prayers and best wishes to his family to get through this horrible time and this holiday season.
How horrible. Prayers sent.
prayers sent to his family and friends
Donnie was a good man, he stayed here at the house with us a couple of times and was just a pleasure to be around. Just a good solid salt of the earth kinda guy.
Very sad loss
I got to know Donnie after we meet at several taxidermy seminars over the years. Just as nice and genuine guy as you could ever ask for. I will miss him.
So sorry to here this news,, Can someone post a link to his funeral arrangements ?

Prayers to the family.
Dang, that's messed up! Donnie was one of the few that understood my warped sense of humor and never took things so seriously. Seemed like a super cool guy and will be missed by many. Condolences to Donnie's family...
I only spoke with him couple times here. But sad nonetheless. Prayers to his friends and family.
His poor family, what pain they are going through. He will be missed by many. I enjoyed his post and friendship. Though I never met him, I always felt I knew him through our messages and his post..
How sad. My condolences to Donnies family.
There are no words that can express the horror of something like this.
Donnie himself is okay now, but his family have lost their father, husband, provider, home, and an unknown number of belongings - all at Christmas.
My very deepest condolences to all of his survivors.
