I am an amateur at collecting specimen for jars. I would love to actually know the professional process of injecting and preserving the specimen.

If someone has time, or an awesome video or book (for the future-because I just want to know the basics now)

How to prep the animal, where to inject it with formalin, steps to the end product?

    AND (sorry :p)

How would one preserve an animal organ. Where it can be put in a shadow box or displayed in a dome.

Thanks! I am super eager to hear what you guys have to say!!

That explanation is the best I've seen in the post you had, very detailed just slow down and reread it. Tells you everything you need to know.

Quick question! Is there a formaldehyde substitute?
