Looking for a quality commercial tannery near Ogden, Utah....please help!

    Hello folks, I'm new to taxidermy and this is my first forum post. I'm looking to have some fall hides tanned. I'd like to eventually learn to tan them myself but I don't want to screw them up just yet. Anyone recommend a good tanner near Ogden or Northern Utah? Any help would be super-appreciated!

    I would refer you. But I don't know of one. The closest would be us or moyle or furs for fun

    Isn't Wasatch wildlife still in Ogden? I'm lookin for one near utah county.

    Wasatch wildlife tanning is in ogden but I cant recommend them. I had some capes ruined from them.

    I've used western skies in salt lake the last couple years for about half my stuff, been pretty happy with their work.

    Western Skies is in Erda. I had them do a moose flat that turned out nice.

    I think they're actually in grantsville, its just west of salt lake. But either way, look them up everything yhey've done for me has came back just fine!
