this pic was emailed to me for an identification. I know its not much to go on, NW Illinois location, from what I can tell, the individual hair changes color from red to black to red to black. very small stripe pattern. Does a bobcats hair do this? I was looking on my beagle and she has hair strands that are 1/2 black the root end and 1/2 white the tip end. just puzzled by this. please don't ask for more info as this is all I have. thanks for the help paul
