I was wondering the same thing … ;D ;D 8) 8)
everybody is a critic
they kind of look like dan chase's over muscled forms....
Is this you?
that photo alone should hinder sales
They don't look any more or less muscled then OTS, McKenzie or any of the newer forms out there.
Yes I am the one on the left!
Update: I mounted on my first one and it mounted up really nice. You can really see the brisket detail and I am happy with the overall appearance. My customer was impressed with how it turned out also. I think, at least for me, I am going to be a return customer.
From the photo, it looks like there are two different colors of foam. What's that about?
You received your mannequins on Feb. 10. Then you post on here today (Feb. 14), just four days later, that you mounted it up, finished it and your customer is impressed with it. Do you expect us to believe that BS? If you are going to come on here and lie, at least make your lies believable. I was kind of interested in these forms until now. If a company needs to pollute this forum with very obviously bogus posts to help sell their products, then this is a company I will certainly avoid.
With only four days of drying that mount is going to have some major cracks around the eyes and lips in about a week.
To dry a mount in a few days, you would have to bake it in a blast furnace. : Seriously, any competent taxidermist knows that completing a deer shoulder mount in less than four days is total BS.
I received my forms less then 3 days and they mounted up just fine.I will order more in the near future! They fitted perfectly!Thats a good form at a great price!!!
I live in a one day Speedy Zone, I received my forms on Monday. My cape was tanned. I am not a liar and I have nothing to gain from saying that I can see that it is going to look good. It has to dry etc. Jeesh! Why are you wanting it to be a negative experience? I have it done but it is not finished by any means. My customer stopped by and looked at it and liked what he saw so far. As a taxidermist, you know before it dries that the hide fit good and can see that it is a good mount. I do not care who makes them, I just appreciate that these manikins are out there. Use them, don't use them! Your loss.
Thank You! People are really not wanting to like these. I am Thankful that someone else had a good experience!
Now wait, you work for the guy, he now sells the form almost half price to get anyone to buy them, and he isnt even proud enough to put his name on the catalog...and its OUR loss, huh? Please...tell us more!
thuntgirl AKA Terri Venden AKA office manager at rinehart taxidermy inc. AKA cowgirlup there is not much in this world that I despise more then a liar. Though I do find it comical!
There is nothing wrong with tooting your own horn........but to make up a fake identity on here, then make up a fake stories like "I order all the time through the internet and they always give me the 5% discount" and " I received the catalog and placed and order on Friday....I received my manikins today and they are great!" And one of my personal favorites " I couldn't believe how quickly I received my order" now that last one is funny! Simply DEPLORABLE
Terri the problem with lying is you loose track and forget which lies you had told and when.
On February 10 4:57 you came up with the story that "you order all the time"
Then on February 10 6:17 you wrote " I received my catalog and place and order" like it was the first time ever...
Terri, the other problem with lying is you can never erase all your foot prints on the internet.
Dont forget this from March 2013...
" ... I work for Dan Rinehart and see everyday what McKenzie is doing to the industry. I've been on the road for the last 2 month talking to taxidermists from all over and I hear how everyone does not like to order from them but they have no choice because they can't get anywhere else. As long as customers keep ordering from we will have no reason to "sell out". I work hard everyday to improve shipping, product you name it. I'm right there along with you guys on that. I'm here not because I work for Dan but because I have got to know a lot of my customers and a lot of taxidermists who and I love the industry. "
You are digging a deeper hole with each post. When you were caught in a lie, you just pile on more lies and make yourself look even more foolish. Now you expect us to believe that you showed a customer an unfinished mount and he liked it. It is obvious that you changed your story when it was pointed out to you that completing a mount in four days is not possible. Priceless. :
