Beginner Mount: 1st raccoon/1st lifesize mammal(critiques welcome)

    Mounted this guy up this morning, and is still drying. Would be appreciated if anybody could critique it

    Looks pretty good. Only thing I would do is to back brush the fur while it is drying. It is hard (for me at least) to get that nice "full and fluffy" look otherwise.

    You need to get the profile right. Google raccoon profile pictures and compare yours and a real live critter. The nose area needs some fill work as they are bulbous. Get some nice fine pins instead of the ones you have there. It's all about reference and practice. Keep at it!
