Your feather grooming on the wings, back and tail look good. Most of the problems I can see are on your head and neck. The neck looks a little thin, and the head shape needs a little improvement. Also the paint job on the bill looks harsh. The lines are too hard. Using an airbrush and building color up will help.

    I think it looks good.

Looks good Nina. Paint on the bill looks fine to me, its a hard line on the real ones as well. The only thing that bothers me a little is the wings. I am thinking that they might be a bit forward. Typically the shoulder and wrist will be in a straight line. Looks like the wrist on yours is a little forward of the shoulder. Take a look at these reference photos. I added your photo as well. The pink line shows where your wings are and the red line indicates where I think they should be.

This is just my opinion and you know how that goes.......

yes i agree the neck area looks a little rough.every time i touched that area feathers fell out, even just a little gust of wind would make it rain neck feathers. .so i had to leave it..i wanted to get just slightly softer on edge of black on bill but the air brush would leave splatter markes on the rest of the bill whete i didnt want them and i tried to do layers but hard to see in pic...:(...

tks...i adjusted...i actualy think it does look better...i appreciate the photos with what you were saying.helped me understand a great deal...i hope i got it right..with out too much damage to the mount..dang it dried fast.
