Martin roes, my obsession, my fate

Well, so long ago that I posted here I thought this is another good reason to "come back":

I had the very rare chance to take a strange looking roedeer this past weekend, we call it "perruque"-buck.
The rampantly growing of antlers is caused by testicals Problems.
This deer was photographed 3 weekd ago and had only 2/3 of the mass it now has. So there was maybe only 3-4 weeks left until death, because the stuff will grow over eyes and mouth.

While a "normal" roebucks antlers weight is around 300 gramm, this here is nearly 3 Kilogramm.

First it will be preserved in Formalin/alcohol for at least two weeks. Than I will do the PEG method (PolyEthylenGlycol) and finally drying in freezedryer. That´s the plan at the Moment.

Not sure about lifesize or shoulder yet.
