NTA convention rules question

    After reading through the rules I still can't seem to find the answer.
    Is a person allowed to use commercial bodies and heads on waterfowl in Masters? Or do you cast your own?

    Yes, you can use commercial parts. If you cast your own it will be taken into consideration during judging.
