Turkey Help!

    Hey guys and gals question im doing a turkey mount have done many ducks and geese havent messed with a turkey before have him thawing out my concern is that iv had him out for 24 hours its hot out hes still pretty frozen in his chest area but legs thawin out i think he should be ready to skin tomorow morning i just want to make sure im not screwing up something as far as legs dont wanna have issues with slippage on the butt end or am i worrying too much thank you folks in advance!!!!

    It will take a couple of days to thaw out, what I do is place a zip lock bag over head to catch the blood & take it off as soon as I can & replace the zip lock bag. Feet i will wrap with a damp towel & put a plastic bag around them to keep most.
