My longtime fishing partner and friend lost his home in a fire, October 2012. Thankfully, no one was hurt, however he lost everything. He has since rebuilt and moved back in. His skin mounts were toast, (intended) he had one replica I thought was remotely salvageable.

I haven't done anything remotely taxidermy related in a couple years, but I thought I could help him out.

Certainly not a competition piece, but it turned out okay.
