    George The older I get, the better I was.

    The article is old but for a DNR guy and a taxidermist to say this is beyond reason.

    Actually DL, the idea is as old as bird taxidermy. I tell people that if the bird is a quality product and gets dusty, a piece of FRESH bread can be used to wipe the dust off in the direction of the feathers. Aside from the natural moisture of fresh bread, there's that microscopically finite amount of oils (grease) to add luster back to the feathers.

    George I do sell snake oil that cures stupid and after you drink it you feel so good that they want to buy the swap land I have for sell lol.
