deer hide getting stiff

    got a head in that was hanging in a garage for two weeks. needless to say it is starting to harden and stiffen in certain areas. is there anything i can to do bring it back?

    Pressure washer will fix it.

    no it is not tanned, just caped the head, like removing soft shoe leather. I thought there was something that I could soak the hide in and get back to normal.
