Laid back deer

    Got this one in yesterday. Got to be the most "laid back" set of antlers we've seen. Made sure the client saw that and we took pics and measurements. Brow tines are almost level with the ground.

    Your eye shape is wrong and your antler set is tilted to far back. :)

    Good idea on the pictures ; I always take pictures like that and other angles , hunters forget what there deer looked like and there good reference too . ;)

    Get in a few tilted back like that, not to unusual.
     
  6. It takes 30 seconds to take a nose to burr and nose to antler tip measurement on both sides. That way you always set your antlers perfectly. If you want the horns to look better don't tip them forward buy a aggressive or head down a mannikin or alter one.

    I like the aggressive/ head down idea!
