  8. Ol Peppy.... This poor skunk was trapped, shot with a shotgun, sealed as its essence was still running out in a vacuum sealed bag. Froze and shipped from New York to TN. It got lost in shipping for 4 days and oh my the post man hated me that day. As I was turning the bag watching the thawed neon yellow slop of fur slide around I was also praying.... Lol
    My first experience with skunks really upped my price on them. Lol
    I have to say they make pretty mounts though. I think for what it went thru its understandable to still have a faint odor right on it. But I've had strangers not smell it even when I hold it up and ask. I used the peroxide, baking soda mix, 4 times.... Stop rot and febreeze. So idk.

    they really need to be sent to the tannery for the best smell results after mounting....looks good though

    Wow they get better all the time.Perfect face on that bobcat.Bear is great.Love the rough look on the lion.Skunk came out perfect.Thanks for sharing your art.

    sure would like to see a person standing next to that polar bear to give us an idea of it's size.that is one SLUNGER of a black ,great looking bobcat ,can't imagine the hesitation opening up the stinker bag ,,good job

    Is it a good thing or a bad thing when you look at a mount and it makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck?
