beautiful work again this week, love the kitty cat
  8. Ol Peppy.... This poor skunk was trapped, shot with a shotgun, sealed as its essence was still running out in a vacuum sealed bag. Froze and shipped from New York to TN. It got lost in shipping for 4 days and oh my the post man hated me that day. As I was turning the bag watching the thawed neon yellow slop of fur slide around I was also praying.... Lol
My first experience with skunks really upped my price on them. Lol
I have to say they make pretty mounts though. I think for what it went thru its understandable to still have a faint odor right on it. But I've had strangers not smell it even when I hold it up and ask. I used the peroxide, baking soda mix, 4 times.... Stop rot and febreeze. So idk.

Is it a good thing or a bad thing when you look at a mount and it makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck?

    Great cat Mr. Huffaker!
