    if you paid through paypal just go on the website and report you never received your order. I called them and the gal I spoke with was most helpful.

    Would that work if you paid as a gift? Stupid me.... I never received the blackbuck cape. I have a phone number but its not answered or replied to in text either. We all got screwed I'm afraid.

    if you send money as a gift there isn't anything paypal will do to help because they will look at as "you scammed them"

    most scammers will ask that you send money as a gift to save on the paypal fee, they know you wont have any recourse when they don't send the item.
