I have looked and cant seem to find any info or video on materials on how to do this. Thanks
There is a paint that contains enough metal in it so it's polishable.
Otherwise it's my understanding that you have to prep the skull so that it can be electroplated.
What you prep it with will depend on what metal you want to electroplate onto the skull. I would just look into electroplating objects that are not already metalized.
It's in the archives. It's not coming up because you know how to spell. ;D Search metalize or bronze or bronzed.
Here's the quick version.
put metal powder(bronze, brass, whatever...etc) in a medium to hold it....like lacquer or a resin.
Mix it up and brush it on.
Let it dry
Take 0000 steel wool or very fine sand paper(1000 grit or finer) and rub it.
